A family plan you still pay for is a household bill with nobody left in the house. Spotify Duo, YouTube Premium family, Disney Bundle, Apple One, Microsoft 365 Family, and Canva Teams all work the same way: the manager cancels. Members leaving does not stop the charge.
Who can tap cancel
- Spotify: plan manager on spotify.com/account/subscription/
- YouTube Premium: family manager on Paid memberships
- Disney+: the Disney account that pays, including bundles
- Apple One: the Family Sharing organizer in Settings
- Microsoft 365: the Microsoft account on account.microsoft.com/services
- Canva: a Teams owner or billing admin
Ask before you cut a bundle
Disney Bundle and Apple One are several products on one invoice. Canceling can drop storage or a streamer someone still uses. If you only want one piece gone, change the plan instead of ending the whole bundle, or subscribe to the leftover service alone before the end date.
Unwanted Subscription shows the amount. It will not know who in the house still watches. That part is on you.
