Cancel Spotify yourself

1. Open Manage your plan

   Sign in at spotify.com/account/subscription/ in a browser. This is the reliable place to cancel, including on iPhone.

2. Cancel the subscription

   Tap Cancel Premium or Cancel subscription, then confirm. You keep Premium until the date shown.

3. If the cancel button is missing

   Payment may list Apple, Google, or a carrier. Cancel in that store or with the carrier instead.

4. Keep a free account if you want

   Canceling Premium does not delete the Spotify account. Playlists stay. Ads return when Premium ends.

5. Save the confirmation email

   Watch the next charge date so a trial does not convert without you noticing.
